Following the email sent to you on September 15, 2011, we would like to remind you that on Sunday, October 9, 2011 we will perform an overall upgrade to the voicemail platform provided to you by iConnectHere. Please note that the upgrade process will have the following effect on your voicemail box:
Reset your voicemail and therefore delete all existing voicemail messages from your box. If you would like to keep your old voicemail messages after the upgrade, you are requested to download them from the Member Center to your computer before the day the of the upgrade.
The upgrade will delete your personal greeting message and restore the default one.
The voicemail PIN will restore to default – The 4-digit password of your iConnectHere account.
