A newly-released study on Web hosting by TeleChoice, Inc., indicates overall satisfaction levels for Web hosting trail similar satisfaction ratings for base Internet access services, with few companies reporting they are “very satisfied” with their providers. At the same time, however, the likelihood for many companies to change providers in the near term is fairly low, the report says, with many customers focusing on extending their relationship with their Web hosting providers for more enhanced features and services.
